Licensure:
At Pacific Graduate School of Psychology in California, students have again
achieved an outstanding pass rate as indicated by the California Licensing
Board in its annual Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology
(EPPP). Pass rate for PGSP students was 85.71% compared with 63.79% for
others who took the examination.

Internship:
In terms of PhD students participating in the APA/APPIC Match, 82% (36/44)
were matched to internship positions as of Match Day. This reflects the high caliber of our students all of whom
deserve this kind of success in finding internships that meet their
educational goals. The
PGSP-Stanford University Psy.D. Consortium, respectively, matched 22 out 28
internship applicants, representing a 79% success rate.

- Kurt and Barbara Gronowski Clinic, which is the foundation of students’ training in psychological assessment, psychotherapy, and consultation
- PhD program is designed to train psychologists whose work is firmly grounded in theory and informed by current research, who can function effectively as independent practitioners, and who can critically evaluate and perform research that will contribute to the academic discipline of scientific psychology
- PGSP-Stanford PsyD Consortium is a joint program between PGSP and Stanford University’s School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences with an emphasis on biopsychosocial understanding of psychological disorders
- Joint JD/PhD in Psychology and Law is a collaboration between PGSP and Golden Gate University School of Law (GGUSL), leading to a PhD degree in Clinical Psychology from PGSP and a Juris Doctorate degree from GGUSL
Joint MBA/PhD program leads to a PhD in Clinical Psychology from PGSP and an MBA from the University of San Francisco (USF)
- Distance learning master’s degree program uses a combination of web-based information, audio lectures, CDs, and discussion groups and the same courses taught by the same faculty as the resident program, ensuring high quality of instruction -- opportunity to enter the resident PhD Program in clinical psychology as second-year students
- The PGSP-DeAnza College Consortium, a baccalaureate completion program in psychology designed to prepare undergraduates for today’s multicultural world
